("Star Mobile DNA")
Transactions Information
1.
From time to time, it is necessary
for customers to supply Star Mobile DNA with Data in connection
with the application or continuation of services and the
establishment or continuation provision of services.
2.
Failure
to supply such data may result in Star Mobile DNA being
unable to provide services.
2.a The purposes for which data relating to a customer may
be used are as follows:
2.b The daily operation of the services provided to customers;
2.c Assisting relevant financial institutions to conduct
the service;
2.d Designing services or related products for customers'
use;
2.e Marketing services or related products;
2.f Meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the
requirements of any laws binding on Star Mobile DNA; and
2.g Purposes relating thereto.
3.
Data held by Star
Mobile DNA relating to a customer will be kept confidential
but Star Mobile DNA may provide such information to the
following parties for the purposes set out in paragraph
(D):
3.a Any agents, contractor or third party service provider
who provides administrative, telecommunications, computer,
payment or other services to Star Mobile DNA in connection
with the operation of its business;
3.b Any other person under a duty of confidentially to Star
Mobile DNA including a group company of Star Mobile DNA
which has undertaken to keep such information confidential;
3.c Any person to whom Star Mobile DNA is under an obligation
to make disclosure under the requirement of any law binding
on Star Mobile DNA or any of its subsidiaries/agent/contractors/sub-contractors.
4.
Subject to exemptions
under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the
right to contact us to gain in access to and request correct
to your personal data. If you wish to do so, please contact
